WHAT: Since 1998, Nicole Ballinger has served as webmaster, content editor and designer for the Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP), maintaining more than 300 pages for the program. In addition to the main LCBP website, she has also designed two versions of the Lake Champlain Basin Atlas, the Wayside Exhibit website, and the Lawn to Lake website.
